The Grayshott Programme – an intensive 7 day programme of  cleansing to help restore the digestive system to function efficiently whilst addressing: weight loss, joint pain, sleep issues, blood pressure, backache, diabetes, energy issues, as well as many other health issues. 

When booking on The Grayshott Programme in 2013  Spirit visitors will receive a complimentary room upgrade (worth £250).

From £1,295 per person (low season rate), the 7 day programme includes:
 

• 7 nights’ accommodation in a Junior Suite

• Personal Health Consultation, including a blood analysis
• Consultations with  a Medical Herbalist and Nutritional Therapist

• Spa treatments: Abdominal Massages, Hydro Baths, Castor Oil Compresses – all designed to support the healing and detoxification processes
